• Agreement: I agree to the platform’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and I authorize the platform to process my data necessary for account operation and identity verification.

4.2 Profile Completion and Suitability Form

• Data: City, Address, Occupation/Employment Status, Investment Experience, Investment Goals, Preferences.
• Declaration: I bear responsibility for the accuracy of the data related to my suitability, and I understand that the information provided helps the platform adjust the user experience and does not constitute a personal investment recommendation.

4.3 Identity Verification Form

• Documents: Photos of ID/Residency, a personal photo, and supporting documents when needed.
• Declaration: I authorize the platform or its designee to verify the validity of my identity and documents through digital means or manual review as it deems appropriate.
• Declaration: I bear responsibility for any forged, incorrect, or expired document I provide to the platform.

4.4 Bank Account Linking Form

• Data: Bank Name, IBAN, Account Holder Name, attachment of proof when needed.
• Declaration: I certify that the registered bank account belongs to me or that I have a legal right to use it to receive returns, entitlements, or withdrawals associated with my account.

4.5 General Risk Disclosure

• I acknowledge that investing in fractional real estate opportunities involves risks, and that expected returns are not guaranteed.
• I understand that the asset value, return, operating period, or liquidity may be affected by operational, market, regulatory, or technical factors.
• I undertake to read the opportunity document and its disclosures before any subscription.

4.6 Subscription Request Form for a Real Estate Opportunity

• Data: Opportunity Name, Number of Shares Required, Share Price, Total Value, Fees, Payment Source.
• Declaration: I agree to the opportunity details and its fees, risks, and disclosures, and I authorize the platform to reserve/deduct the necessary amounts according to the approved allocation mechanism.
  
• Declaration: I understand that my ownership is not confirmed until after successful allocation and registration of the transaction in the platform’s systems.

4.7 Electronic Approval Form for Opportunity Documents

• Declaration: I have reviewed the opportunity document, risks, fees, and distribution mechanism, and I agree to comply with their provisions.
• Declaration: I agree to maintain an electronic record of the approval time, the approved version, and the device/IP address as permitted by regulations and policies.

4.8 Data Update Request Form

• Data to be modified, reason for modification, and supporting documents, if any.
• Declaration: I bear responsibility for the accuracy of the requested updates, and I understand that some modifications may require additional review or re-verification.

4.9 Request Form for Access, Export, or Deletion

• Request Type: Access – Export – Correction – Deletion – Objection.
• Applicant verification data, communication channel, and the scope of the requested data or request.

4.10 Decision Voting Form

• Session Data: Decision Title, Brief Description, Voting Options, Duration, Quorum for Approval, Voting Weight.
  
• Declaration: I understand the subject of the vote and its implications for the opportunity/asset, and I approve my choice in the adopted electronic format.
